Mind the Hack is hiring a Senior Penetration Tester. Join our offensive team to perform high-impact penetration tests and drive R&D that powers our automated pentesting platform. You’ll research and build reliable PoCs, automation modules, and help integrate them into a product used by enterprises to continuously find critical risks.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in penetration testing or ethical hacking.
Advanced knowledge of network security, encryption practices, and modern web architectures.
Proficiency with penetration testing tools and techniques.
Responsible disclosure experience and understanding of ethical hacking/legal boundaries.
Certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, OSEP or similar.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities in information systems.
Simulate sophisticated cyber attacks to evaluate the effectiveness of security measures.
Prepare detailed reports on findings and provide actionable insights for risk mitigation.
Design, implement and maintain attack modules for our automated pentesting platform.
Research and develop new offensive techniques and reliable exploit/PoC code.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to refine security measures and response strategies.
Stay updated with the latest security threats and testing technologies.
