Senior Cyber Security Analyst

Job description

The Cyber Security Analyst monitors cyber security solutions, detects and analyzes compromised systems, performs root cause analysis, and supports remediation. They require hands-on experience with SIEM, threat hunting, and incident response, while maintaining awareness of industry threats.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of operating systems and network architecture

• Experience with SIEM, EDR, and SOAR solutions

• Minimum 4 years in cyber security operations and 7 years total in IT

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Ability to handle pressure during incidents

Duties

• Analyze security event data to identify incidents

• Create and update incidents in case management systems

• Notify customers of incidents and support mitigation

• Conduct threat analysis and modeling

• Assist in developing junior colleagues and knowledge transfer
