The Challenge:
Are you ready to take your offensive security skills beyond CTF platforms and into real-world missions? At NATO, we’re not just defending systems—we’re defending nations!
As part of the NATO Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), you’ll be at the forefront of assessing and testing the resilience of NATO’s digital infrastructure. Your work will directly support operations across the Alliance.
Your Mission:
· Conduct real-world offensive security testing across web apps, cloud, infrastructure, and bespoke NATO systems
· Perform security architecture reviews and threat assessments
· Act as a trusted advisor to internal development and operations teams
· Brief high-level stakeholders, from red teams to generals
· Collaborate with an elite team of cyber defenders in a constantly evolving threat landscape
What You Should Bring:
· A Bachelor’s degree and 3 years post-related experience. Exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated with 10 years of relevant experience
· Hands-on experience in penetration testing, red teaming, exploit dev, or reverse engineering
· Deep understanding of vulnerabilities, threat modelling, and attack chains
· Excellent communication skills—whether to technical teams or high-ranking decision-makers
· Fluent written and spoken English
· A curious, relentless, and ethical mindset
